Making music feel possible
I built The Red Room around a simple belief: you should not need a huge budget, intimidating technical knowledge or a major commercial studio to make music that feels exciting and complete.
Songwriting sits at the heart of my work. I help develop hooks, melody, lyrics, structure and arrangement, then use recording and production to make the strongest parts of the song land properly.
I work with complete beginners, home recordists and musicians who want practical, collaborative help. Sessions can take place in my private studio in the Scottish Borders or online worldwide. The exact studio location is shared privately with confirmed clients.
